We are travelling from the UK and will be purchasing a few PAYG SIM cards to use while in Germany. What network has the best coverage at the festival? What network offers the best value PAYG SIM cards in Germany at the moment?

best coverage --> T-Mobile, they have a transmitter near the fusion

I tried T-mobile 2 years ago and it worked ok. but last year the coverage with T mobile was even worse than O2. There is another t mobile transmitter but that still doesn't cover that many t mobile users.
I'm trying E+ this time... in some other posts people (also the Fusion crew) said it worked fine last year.
