New showers -- experiences?

Kudos to all of you who happily dance away day after day in rain, thunderstorms, and whatnot, without being able to get warm & dry afterwards, and still shrug at cold showers -- but that's beyond me. A warm, good shower (or at least decently lukewarm one) is something I value enormously at Fusion.
The "old" showers (from 2016 onwards) have varied a bit in temperature, but in later years in my experience finally were up to par in that regard.
Enter this year's new, "improved" showers. Ofc a cold one is fully survivable when it's 30C outside; one could even cheat with a monkey bath under one of the water faucets. However once the weather changed for the worse, I found it far less amusing.
Yes, the private booths were safer in several regards, but I missed both the waste paper basket and single mirror the old showers offered. The old showers also were better in regard to storing one's stuff while showering/changing. Worse, though, was that they exclusively were
a) cold
b) water pressure was (too) low, and they even
c) broke (Oase and somewhere else, that I heard).
In addition read about issues with strongly rusty water, which I'm not sure whether to blame the showers or something else. No one that I talked to had a warm shower this year, and many mentioned the lack in water pressure. Anyway, to get to the point, I'd therefore be curious to conduct a very unscientifical little poll around your experiences with said showers, and get your general opinion on them -- with advantage vs the old showers.
So,
1) did anyone actually have a warm(ish) shower this year? (Not counting water warmed by the sun ...)
2) How did you perceive water pressure?
3) Were you able to shower enough/when you needed?
4) Did the water leave rust residue on you?
5) Any other comments/information around the topic welcome.
Please also included where you showered, out of the previously warm shower areas. Thanks in advance!

Personally I loved the new showers. More privacy, a hook to hang my stuff. There were mirrors in the toilets so I didn’t miss them (I also had a mirror with me). I had warm water on the first morning (Thursday), but the following days I went when the weather was hot or warm, so the cold water didn’t bother me. I showered every day except Monday, used the showers on the island.

Hmm! Interesting, thanks. The Oase booths that I used had no mirror at all. I thought all were the same.

The new showers have improved some things definitely. The hooks are very nice to have. The space is a bit less - but I felt they were a bit cleaner also and not slippery. The shower curtains I did not like so much. The brown resedues from the water has always been there - but at the Island it was way less. There is many threads about this. This year I never had any sulfur taste - maybe because we had so much rain this year.
At the Island we also had a shower in the backstage before the Festival and it was boiling hot. Like a steam bath. A bit unnecessary but i guess not so easy to control =)
But at that time not many people were using them. The next days I had the feeling the temperature decreased with the intensity of use but never too cold. However, I didn’t take that many showers and never when there was a line. Sunrise and Sunset are the best to be outside the common shower cycle =)
Other people from the camp who went during the peak hours also experiences sometimes too little pressure and only cool water.

Thanks for your input. Mine had among other things a nice soaked, used sanitary pad in one corner (on Wed already!), and other yucks, so can't say I agree there.

Never noticed the brown residue though (any year).
Should I understand this as that you also used the Insel showers? Sounds as if maybe those were better overall.

Tangentially related: Shower Tower was VERY full this year. I saw queues at like 7 p.m.
I'd be very happy if they added another large option for cold showers somewhere, or expanded the Shower Tower.

I just had one warm shower at the first day. The next days the water was ice cold and washing my hair in this cold water is almost impossible for me

I found the whole shower situation frustrating. I tried to shower at different times of the day/night at different places and there was always a queue. In my opinion there are not enough showers for a festival this size. I think I will
bring my camping shower next year like this I don’t have to waist my time in long shower queues.

Good point, thanks.

Appreciate it. Agree re: the hair, it's painful. I can accept longer lines personally (as long as the water temp & pressure is ok), but know many hate them. Sounds like a plan though.

Where did you shower, btw?

I only used the showers at the workshop hangar and they were as cold as ice. On the first day it was bearable, but probably the deeper the water was pumped out, the colder it got and it caused pain, especially when I was washing my hair
Before 2024 I showered at night because the water was a bit warmer and there were no queues, I tried the same this year and really regretted it
