Dear Fusion team
Although I won the 1st Bingo, confirmed the ticket option and made the transfer to the bank info provided, I never got a confirmation e-mail saying that you received it. Neither have I received the ticket in the specified postal adress.
Unfortunatelly I need to cancell it for work reasons and probably will pass the ticket to one of my friends who want to go.
Please would you confirm that you received the bank transfer with date 21/12/2012 and give me instructions on how to proceed to cancell + rename the ticket?

First of all, there wasn't any email notification about confirmation of payments at all, except in your personal ticket account on the side (you got access codes in your payment email). After receiving your money the status should have changed to something like "processed".
The question of assigning your ticket to someone else has become a little difficult by now. The official statement is, that there is no way to transfer your ticket to your friend, but I'm not sure about the chance to do that by getting in touch with the fusion crew. So please just contact them and ask for a ticket transfer.

Reading in newsletters and on the the website provided information is so 2012.
