...und mit "Spende an Hilfsorganisation" meine ich tatsächlich eine Hilfsorganisation. Ich bezahle nicht mehr Geld an die verkaufende Person, falls das jmd vermutet hatte.

That is clear. It's still an incitement, adding a higher value, that makes you stand out from others that maybe don't have the €25 to spend, or don't want to. KuKo is pretty clear on their intentions with equal opportunity for everyone. Both with the lottery/raffles and personalizing tickets.

If you absolutely want to donate, you could keep this information to yourself all along, and only ask at the time you have someone passing their ticket to you -- and ONLY THEN -- if they would like for you to do it, and where to. That would be far more fair, and in line w/ the spirit and wishes of KuKo.
