is the shuttle Lärz => Neustrelitz reliable?

Hi guys, I still struggle on finding a way back from fusion to berlin on Sunday 02.07 in the afternoon

I have to be in ZOB before 18:45 in order to get my bus
I wonder if I can use the combo Fusion => Neustrelitz (shuttle bus) => Berlin (train)


In your experience: is it reliable?
DO I Have to pay sthg for the shuttle?
is it like total chaos?

Hi. Not sure what you mean by reliable, they run continuously, however at peak times such as Sunday and Monday there is always a (sensibly organised) queue for leaving. Bring at least an hour to spare. The shuttle costs a few euros (3?). Same for trains, if it looks like a train will be too full will might block access to the platform. If you want to be sure you're let on a specific train buy a ticket for an IC. And of course there's always asking people to let you go before them if it gets tight. You'll manage.
