hi all,

my girlfriend and I are making our first trip to Fusion and are very excited.

can I ask your advice on the following? we missed tickets for Thursday Bassliner from Berlin so do you think we should

- use the train instead?
- or maybe try and find a private car share or bus company?

Also is there ever any trouble with the police who check for party supplements on the train to Fusion?

It should be relatively easy to get a ride from Berlin - you can try to find a driver here in the forum, or you can try http://www.mitfahrgelegenheit.de/ - that's a site for private car sharing.
Also there's http://www.fusion-mfz.de/ - but that site kinda sucks

I don't think that there will be police checks on the train to Neustrelitz, but you will have to take a shuttle (bus) from there to the festival...and that's where the Freunde & Helfer are

However, I'm sure that with "party supplements" you're refering to glowsticks and such - no worries, those are legal in germany

thanks a lot - but what do you mean by "Freunde & Helfer". Will Neustrelitz be where checks are carried out on us harmless party attendees?

Of course I meant glow sticks by the way...

Freunde & Helfer = "Friends & Helper", official slogan of the police in Germany, similiar to "To serve and protect"...

The checks will be around the festival entrance(s).
