Hello,

I bought a ticket for the 2019 edition of the festival. Sadly I had a new job in the same time and I will not be able to make it. What is the policy about refund this year ? I fully understand that the ID checking policy forbids me from selling my ticket even to a friend but I'd like to get my ticket refunded. Is it possible ? How would I do this ?

Cancellation

Due to shipping of the tickets, it is not possible to cancel your ticket from April 14th until May 7th. The ticket will be shipped on April 25th. If you do want to cancel your ticket, please do not accept or collect the delivery. In this case the post returns the ticket to us and you only have to cancel it here online, from May 7th on.
