Hi, need help!

my friend won the raffle but doesn't want to go alone. I lost the raffle, and don't care about going alone (went alone last year and was ****** - six star). Can she transfer the ticket to me? Or does she (me pretending to be her) have to buy her ticket and then cancel it?

Is there a way of transferring before paying?

It is not possible to transfer a ticket, if the ticket is not paid.

She has to pay her ticket, and the cancel it.
During the cancellation process she can enter your name and your email.
