It was my second Fusion and while last year I was pretty lucky, this year I did not manage to have a warm shower once. During the day the lines are gigantic (even at shower tower), and although they are better at night, it was ice cold. I have waist-length hair and it was very uncomfortable not being able to wash it.

Tried to shower before going to sleep but in the end I was too lazy every time🫠😄

I felt that the queue at the Oase was pretty fast even with a lot if people. Never waited more than 30 minutes.

Showertower took much longer but the cold water was all worth it in that heat☀️

Understandably. Sorry about that.

 I know the feeling ... and yes, in heat I could take cold acceptably as well. But it's when the weather turned sour it got tough.

Don‘t know if someone already mentioned it but during the day the water was colder than during the night :)

Not specifically, but it was kind of between the lines? Thanks for pointing it out clearly though. Maybe "just" a matter of being over capacity then, if guessing.

I agree to all what was written above.
Shower experience last year was way better. This year all showers way too cold to handle, specially in the early morning after dancing all night.
A shower that cold would give me a heart attack ^^

Thanks for contributing! It seems there to a large extent is a consensus then. So let's hope this is back to "normal" for next year ... :)

I showered every day from Wednesday to Sunday at various times all during the day/night at the showers next to Backstage 3 near the "Insel" area.

On Wednesday the water was lukewarm, but all the other days it was really cold. The last times I've been to Fusion they used to have (sun-)warm water at this shower spot, I was a little disappointed but still managed to get by :)

On the plus side I really liked how clean the showers were this year. Almost no insects at the walls/roof!

Also I like the setup of the compartments, it was easy to keep your towel, clothes and shoes dry by hanging them at the hooks :)

The ground in front of the showers was very good, too. No mud or puddles, just fresh weed :D

Thanks for your extensive report!

Sorry you too got the "cold treatment", but at the same time also means there's full reason for them to review this change.

A question though: You say hooks in plural -- did you have more than one? At the Oase I only had a single hook, and then some mini shelf thing towards the bottom of the booth. No mirror. I had quite the hard time finding room for my stuff with that sparse storage facilities.

Someone also mentioned better facilities elsewhere earlier, why I ask. Guess if you had more than I, this would point to the booths being differently equipped.

The ground I could agree with however. :)
