Re: Cannabis Legalisierung- Was wird das für eine Fusion?
With all due respect, I didn't. This is my answer: "This is a much larger discussion, and entails a whole different world -- and values -- than we have today." Also, I'm sick since over a week & have a deadline from hell in just a few days, so alas need keeping life to a minimum, and that includes longer writings.:/ (I just stopped working for the day, by the way. Gives you an idea.)
It's not about making the world a better place; it's about making ourselves better persons. The rest comes naturally.

OK bumpFiestanose hat geschrieben: ↑So 25. Feb 2024, 16:24 Will the legalisation only be for weed/flowers? Or will it also be possible to carry some hash. I am a foreigner and can not find information about this topic

So it's OK to bring Hash?

It is legal to own. But not to buy or import. You don't need to tell the police where you got it from, they just have to accept it if you carry under 25g.Fiestanose hat geschrieben: ↑Do 20. Re: Cannabis Legalisierung- Was wird das für eine Fusion?
Bringing Cannabis to Germany could become a problem for foreigners. There is no legalization in Germany but a partial, limited decriminalization and since it's all new there are a lot of questions still to be judged by courts.
The ways to posess Cannabis legally are very limited and for foreigners it might be impossible so far:
1. Medical Cannabis: If you say yours is medical Cannabis cops could ask you to prove it by showing a prescription AND a certificate that you are allowed to bring your medicine to Germany (Bescheinigung für das Mitführen von Betäubungsmitteln im Rahmen einer ärztlichen Behandlung
- Artikel 75 des Schengener Durchführungsabkommens -).
2. Growing your own Cannabis: Growing is only permitted since April 1st for people with a permanent residency of at least half a year in Germany and private growers are not allowed to give their weed to anyone, even for free(!) and there are no shops where you can buy legally so far.
3. Farming cooperatives: Cooperatives are allowed to hand in ther application for a licence from July 1st. If they are lucky with authorities and bureaucracy they will distribute their first harvest around Christmas.
Buying Cannabis from someone other than a Pharmacy (with a medical prescription) is still illegal! So even if people are allowed to posses 25g of Cannabis, cops could try to criminalize you by finding out how you got your flowers. They will have a hard time doing so with people living in Germany if they don't talk to them because there might be a possibility that your plant grew fast and dried in a few days so now you got legally homegrown Cannabis. You just have to give them your ID, tell them your name, date of birth, address and profession and nothing else.
But if you don't have a permanent residency in Germany and can't show a proof of legally owning and bringing in medical Cannabis, they can be sure that there is no legal way for you to own it. Well, maybe you just found it lying in the streets somewhere in Germany but every form of obtaining Cannabis is still illegal except those mentioned above. Cops will not believe your Story anway so better just dont give them any!You don't have to say or do anything that could incriminate you so simply don't! Stay polite, say you don't want to and repeat if needed. Be prepared to get your flowers confiscated any maybe some kind of criminal procedure. If you are lucky, they will stop proceedings sooner or later but you can't be sure.
Also cops can take drivers for a blood test. The also have other kinds of test (like urine, sweat, walking on a line, standing on one foot, counting to 30, etc.) but you don't have to do ANY of those! You also don't have to consent to a blood test but have to endure the procedure without resiting. And don't sign any piece of paper.Again: You don't have to say or do anything that could incriminate you so simply don't! Stay polite, say you don't want to and repeat if needed.
tl;dr: There is no legal way to obtain Cannabis for foreigners in Germany right now except for medical Cannabis. Don't tell cops how you got your Cannabis if you don't have a medical prescription and a certificate! Don't tell them any story! Just say you don't want to comment on that topic right now and repeat if needed and always stay polite - maybe they will hate you but will have a hard time to escalate the situation of you do so.

<3 Sound, and important, advice. Thank you for sharing.

Also mir ist dies bezüglich nichts aufgefallen.

Agree. No difference, at least where I hung out. Even felt as if a bit less (?)
