Clique group

Dear Fusion / Fusioners

I just registered and created the group "ENSAIMADA". After doing it I told my friends to join.

They could register but then the group did not exist when they searched for it. They also tried it to create a group with the same name, then the web said that it already exists.

What is going on? Can my friends join my group after being registered? Some of them already are.

You can edit the details of you registration here: https://ticketing.fusion-festival.de/en/tix/ (on the right side "Correct data") so there your friends can edit their data - including the clique.
I would advise to just try in a few days, there is probably a huge load on the servers today.

Thanks for your repply HiroProtagonist. You were right, servers were just overloaded at that time.

I have now another question: Is there any way to check who is subscribed in the group I am managing?

here https://ticketing.fusion-festival.de/en/tix/ on the "correct data" section I can only manage my personal data.
