Scam via ticketbörse? How can you be scammed if the organisation is always inbetween? When selling and buying you're getting a code from the organisation and you always transfer money to the organisation and they will refund you. There is no moneytransfer between you and the reseller...

The scam was that a person would offer to give you the ticket via Ticketbörse but wants to get the money for the processing fee beforehand. So you send the processing fee money but never get the tickets (so the scam is not via Ticketbörse)

I don't want to be mean but if you do that, you haven't gone through the Ticketbörse FAQ. The system is designed to be immune to such scams. Buyer generates a code, seller types in the code, buyer gets a notification and has a specific time to do the payment. As easy as that. There is no need to give money out beforehand. I am sorry but please inform yourself before giving out money. Especially if Kulturkosmos already is providing a system that is safe.

I don't think you understood me. Me and the other people that got scammed did want to buy via Ticketbörse. Since you have read the FAQ you also know that you lose 10€ processing fee from the original price you paid (therefore having a small loss) when you resell.
Some people do want their whole money back, so they will ask you to pay those 10€ processing fee separately via Paypal, since you can't get that back via Ticketbörse. The scammer "only" got the 10€ processing fee, which people paid beforehand because they are desperate for tickets.

a processing fee…. it’s only a couple of clicks to generate a code, someone who loves the festival and cannot go would not charge a processing fee. and 2nd, buyers should not support these kind of people who try to sell or ask for money outside the ticketbörse
