Hey thanks for all the comments, I am specifically looking for oldschool(?) downtempo - not „slow rave“, so the other thread was not really relevant. But some of the recommendations are really great so far, keep them coming

Many acts in this thread are not playing downtempo, in my opinion, e.g. Frida Darko, Rampue, Pauli Pocket, Oberst & Buchner. I would probably classify those as deep house/tech house (recently).
I would add Franca. Love her.

Initially I had Oberst & Buchner in my list because of 'Ottakring', but this track is a few years old, just as the one you mentioned. In order to confirm, I listened into a recent set, which was most probably faster than 122 bpm.
