Hallo Team, wir haben ein Problem mit dem ticketverkauf.
Ein bekannter von mir hat das Ticket + inselautoticket auf dem gleichen bestellcode. Er möchte das an uns verkaufen, aber die Webseite sagt ihm, dass geht nicht mehr..

How can I buy a festival ticket for Fusion festival 2024? ¶
The only possibility to buy tickets for Fusion festival is here in our Ticket Shop.

There are two ways to buy a Fusion 2024 festival ticket:

We will hold two raffle rounds for the upcoming Fusion festival. To participate in our raffles, you must register once between January 1 and January 14, 2024, here in our ticketshop by placing an order for a festival ticket. The first raffle of the ticket purchase options will then take place on January 20, 2024. If you miss out in the first raffle, your order still has a chance to win a ticket purchase option in our second raffle round on February 20, 2024. You cannot and do not have to register again for the second raffle round.

Ticket holders who cannot or do not want to go to Fusion anymore can resell their Festival ticket in our Kulturkosmos Ticket:Bourse between May 2 and June 28. If you were unlucky in the raffles you will have a last chance for a Fusion Festival ticket in our Kulturkosmos Ticket:Bourse in our Ticket Shop from May 2 till May 30. A new order must be placed for the Ticket:Bourse. All orders from the raffles that have not won are invalid after the second raffle.

The reselling doesn't work, because he also has an Island vehicle ticket. That's what the website is saying. We read the faq, the island ticket ist bot able to be resold after Sunday, but his normal ticket now as well.. we just need his Festival ticket, not the island ticket, we already got one of those.
