As I understood, they mean the Planhof Bahnlos, where you could either leave messages or/and send actual Fusion postcards to the "outside" world.

Nah the Planhof Bahnlos is a different thing.
The Postamt was inbetween the casino and the workshop hangar. afaik you couldn't leave messages but you could print and draw your own postcards to send them to the outside world.
