I've put up a ticket request and have since paid someone for their ticket.
This person seems honest and says they have tried several times responding to my request, but i'm not receiving any confirmation of that.
All i need is to change the name on the ticket, but Fusion are not responding to my issue.
at first : remove your ticket request in the "ticketbörse".
next Step : Your Dealer ( with card ) must send you over the "ticketbörse" to your email adress an Card offer.
Wait for this. and then accept!
-> it should now work!
btw: you can already fill up the form with "umschreiben" or "ticket rewrite".. ..

...however, that's in german - the gist of that step-by-step-guide is basically:
1) Delete your ticket request (seriously, no joke).
2) Click "Umschreiben" (the button on the lower right) and fill out the form.
3) The dealer's request should appear again, accept it.
4) Follow the instructions displayed.
