Whatever the police will tell you: you only have to show them your license and papers of the car. You can refuse all the tests they want to trick you into, also the pee test. Only if they order to take blood you cannot say no.

Don't talk too much or be silent.
Lie (you don't have to say where you're going, you can vacation nearby. Lying is not punishable - or just keep silent)
Refuse rapid test.
If there is reasonable suspicion, for example if the doctor sees evidence of consumption when taking a blood sample, the police can forbid you to continue driving without a test result. They can confiscate your driver's license. Another person may continue to drive your car (should be clean person, recommended if this person joins in their games and has a quick test done).
Your car cannot be confiscated. It can be towed / taken into custody if nobody can/may drive the car and it is in the way.
Never try to currupt German police officers and never gesture with money, it will not work and will only make things worse.
(for those living in Germany: if you only have a copy of your driver's license with you, you can only be asked to take it to a police station later, legally you can still drive until then if you have your driver's license with you).

heißt restrausch für dich auch, 2 tage vorher gekifft zu haben und wegen den Abbauprodukten den Führerschein zu verlieren? Weil die meisten werden deshalb geficktholterdipolter hat geschrieben: ↑Fr 23. Jun 2023, 18:12 Im Zweifel sind die dann wenigstens so lang beschäftigt und können in der Zeit niemand anderen nerven.
Wobei ich auch sagen muss dass ich so überhaupt kein Problem damit habe dass während der Abreise ordentlich kontrolliert wird. Wer noch Restrausch im Blut hat sollte einfach nicht fahren. Ende der Diskussion. Für die Kiffer eine beschissene Situation, aber da ist ja auch Licht am Horizont.
