How to contact Fusion festival regarding ticket info?

Hi all! Looking forward to seeing you all for this years Fusion festival.

Now, I got a ticket in the bingo, and I paid the ticket charge, but I haven't recieved confirmation of payment, a ticket, or even any kind of message from the festival.

Is this normal? If I haven't gotten the ticket, it's okay and I will try some other way, but I need the money back. I'm barely able to pay for this festival once a year, so any way to get word through to the festival people who deal with tickets would be much appreciated.
