Getting sick before festival + double registration

Hi,

I have to questions. I have a ticket to alpha but looks like I got sick now and might be I'm not able to go if I don't feel better by Friday (it's not corona). Will I loose my money or is there any possibility to sell, change my ticket to beta or cancel it and get money back?

Second question is about double registration. If I can't go to alpha then I would like to try to get ticket to beta.

On the website it's written that "In order to allow as many people as possible to participate, you can only attend one of the three events. Therefore, only one ticket order per person is allowed. Anyone who registers more than 1 time will be disqualified and will lose all claims to a Plan:et C ticket.”

Do you know how strict they are with this? Seems pretty strict rule that there is a risk to lose ticket completely only because of registration. I would understand if it's about purchasing two tickets. I'm absolutely not planning to go to both festivals. I would just like to register to beta before it closes just in case if I really can't make it to alpha so I would have at least a possibility to go to one of the festivals.
