First Timer coming from the United States

Greetings all the way from Tampa Bay, Florida. We are very excited to be making this trip to join all of you at Muritz Airpark in the next few days (7 of us total). We are making our final preparations for the journey over and we're just about ready, but we do have a couple questions that I've had a hard time getting answers to in the FAQs.
Of our group of 7, only my lady and I will be camping. We want to do this the way it's supposed to be done and get the full experience with you guys.
So with that said, just a couple things:
A) What kind of vendors are on site in regards to hygiene and grocery products (if any)? Will everything need to be purchased beforehand or will there be places we can get things like wipes, paper towels, actual towels, and ice to refill our cooler with onsite? We arrive Tuesday before the festival and need to know what we can NOT purchase on site so we can get it ahead of time so we dont need to leave the grounds for anything. We are coming quite prepared already but there's only so much stuff we can put in our luggage.
B) Is every other campsite other than "A" able to be camped with a car? If space runs out with car camping, what is the regular parking situation like and how far away is that from the campsites? We're planning to be there right when the gates open, but you never know. Things happens and we just want to be prepared for anything if worse comes to worse and can't camp with the vehicle next to us. And lastly, any campsites to avoid at all costs? We do want peace and quiet on our downtime but Im hearing thats pretty hard to come by with the stages being so close by...
C) Also, we will be flying into Berlin the weekend before to experience the nightlife around town (Ritter Butzke, Berghain, Kater Blau, Sisyphos, Tresor etc) with a day trip to Hamburg thrown in on Monday. Any recommendations on Bars/Restaurants that aren't tourist traps that you locals go eat at while we're in each city would be awesome.
Thank you in advance for any and all advice. It is greatly appreciated, and we look forward to seeing you all soon.
