I'm aware that the gates open on Wednesday, but what day does the full program actually start? I was planning on coming Friday morning but don't want to miss out if everything starts on Thursday. Will it be a long walk from the campsite to the festival entrance if I arrive by Friday morning?

There are some acts playing in the evening and night from Wednesday to Thursday, but the Fusion "opening" is Wednesday afternoon.

Don't know it exactly, but I guess that your walking ways from camp to the floors will be longer if you arriving on Friday.

The official opening is thursday at around 6 pm, but there will be a lot going on from wednesday on.

You do not have to walk long ways from the most camping areas to the floors. The only thing that was impossible to do the last years when you arrive after friday noon: Getting a camping area where you can take your car with you. You will most likely have to park your car outside the festival area.
