A "Dienstaufsichtsbeschwerde" usually means a lot of paper work for the police officer.
Just keep in mind, that if you file a complaint against them, it would not be suprising if they file a complaint against you (obstructing the forces of law and order, maybe one of them suddenly saw you trying to kick a policeman...).

We have for over a decade now a right wing party - the cdu - in the government in germany, and they do what every right wing party does, they strengthen the rights of the police on the cost of the rights of the citizens

In your case that means, that the police officer was right, because the cdu cancelled the judges exclusive right to order a bloodtest, because they want that the judges are not overfilled with work, in short for econmicall reasons

I may just remind you that the police in the socialist far-left DDR was specialised in taking citizen rights and that schily, the spd ministre was really obsessed with security.

So much to the citizen right killing right wing.
