If you lock your caravan, it should be safe at insel. Maybe you are able to move on monday afternoon/evening when 80% left and the streets on the festivalground are more empty. But no garantee. Anyway: Are‘nt you only allowed to park a caravan with a XL-Camper-Ticket on the specific Campingground ...

Hello. I want to stay at the festival till tuesday so i want to know if i can drive my caravan from insel to panne eiche on monday and stay near my stuff.
